(250611) -- CAPE TOWN, June 11, 2025 (Xinhua) -- This photo taken on June 10, 2025 shows an area submerged by floodwaters in the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. At least nine people have died due to heavy floods in South Africa's Eastern Cape Province, local authorities said Wednesday morning.
